Application: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Human S1RBD concentrations in human serum, plasma, and other biological fluids.
This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific for human S1RBD (Capture Ab: E-AB-V1003; Detection Ab: [conjugated biotin] E-AB-V1002; Antigen: PKSR030477;).
The standards or samples are added to the wells of the micro ELISA plate and combined with the specific antibody. Next, a biotinylated detection antibody specific for human S1RBD and avidin-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are successively added to each microwell of the plate and incubated. Free components are removed by washing.
The substrate solution is added to each well. Only wells containing human S1RBD, biotinylated detection antibody, and avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated with the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. Optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm.
The OD value is proportional to the concentration of human S1RBD. You can calculate the concentration of human S1RBD in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples with the standard curve.

An unopened kit can be stored at 2-8 ℃ for 1 month. If the kit is not supposed to be used within 1 month, please store the components separately according to the following conditions upon receipt of the kit.

Precision
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, mid-range, and high-level Human S1RBD were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, mid-range, and high-level Human S1RBD were tested on 3 different plates, 20 replicates in each plate.
